Flexible Referral Compensation
We proudly reward our referral partners for trusting HOST Management Group with their clients. The compensation structure below reflects our standard referral program; however, every property and ownership situation is unique.
All referral commissions are negotiable and may be customized based on factors such as property type, rental strategy, portfolio size, management scope, location, or other unique circumstances. If you have a special opportunity or client situation, we're happy to discuss a customized referral arrangement.
Long-Term Rentals (LTRs)
- Rent Under $2,000: Referral Fee Starting at $511
- Rent $2,001–$3,000: Referral Fee Starting at $711
- Rent $3,001–$4,000: Referral Fee Starting at $1,211
- Rent $4,001–$5,000: Referral Fee Starting at $1,511
- Rent $5,000+: Referral Fee Starting at $2,111
- Rent $8,000+: Referral Fee Starting at $3,511
Short-Term Rentals (STRs)
- 1–7 Bedrooms: Referral Fee Starting at $1,000
- 8+ Bedrooms: Referral Fee Starting at $1,500
